We had a nice bunch or two of kale at the end of the week. Kale chips! We gobble these up, kids included. It’s just kale washed and torn into pieces, tossed in a bowl with olive oil and salt (but not too much, the leaves shrink down a lot and the salt gets concentrated).
I bake them at 300 degrees F for maybe 20 or 30 minutes, whatever it takes for them to almost float away in the breeze when you turn them with a spatula. Cool and eat.
