This was a decent weeknight dinner for the family, though not something interesting or fancy enough for guests.
It’s the Asian Rice Salad from Moosewood Restaurant Favorites. The dressing has wasabi powder in it, which was unusual. With a good amount of soy sauce as condiment, it tastes a bit like sushi. Jim says what it really needs is sriracha.
I liked the tofu marinade and how the tofu cooked up — would be good that way in other dishes.
